Submit your Support for a new Home Bargains Store, and retail units, on Dunlin Drive, Dunfermline!

This website has been established to gather support for T.J. Morris’ proposals for a new Home Bargains Store on Dunlin Drive, Dunfermline. We are pleased to announce a Planning Application has been submitted to Fife Council.

Fife Council are currently running a consultation and we are asking for your support to help make our vision a reality.

Our proposals for Dunfermline include:

• A 1,951 sqm retail unit and four smaller neighbourhood retail units, totalling 418 sqm.  
• 91 car parking spaces (including wheelchair parking, parent and child and EV spaces), and 16 cycle parking spaces.
• The creation of over 50 new jobs and an investment of £3million into the local economy.
• Additional employment during the construction period and through supply chain.
• A high-quality design with attractive landscaping.  
• The potential of one of the four neighbourhood retail units being transferred to community ownership.
